Meet Valérie, the talented baker from Lausanne who has been perfecting her craft since 2013. With a passion for creating mouthwatering treats, she launched her Instagram page, BakedByVal, in 2021, delighting followers with her delectable creations and taking orders to share her love for baking.
After years in the corporate world, Valérie is embarking on a new journey with the opening of FLAVOURS, her very own café. Here, she brings her love for crafting exquisite pastries and specialty coffee to life, creating a space where her passion truly shines.
